This policy explains what information WAKRS collects when you use wakrs.us, why we use it and the choices you have. WAKRS is an independent streetwear brand.

Information we collect

When you browse. Like any website, our hosting provider receives basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can be delivered and protected. Our font files are served by Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when the page loads. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking pixels on this site.

When you order. To fulfil an order we need your name, email address, shipping address and the items you bought. If you contact us to arrange an order, we receive whatever details you include in your email.

When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

How we use it

We use order details to process, ship and support your order; contact details to reply to you; and technical information to keep the site running and secure. We do not sell your information.

Payments

WAKRS does not collect or store full card numbers. When online payment is available, payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout, which processes your card details under its own privacy policy. We receive only what is needed to confirm the order, such as the amount paid and payment status.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember the items in your cart, and session storage for small display preferences. These are essential to the site working and never leave your device. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers we need to run the store — such as our website host, payment provider and shipping carriers — and only as much as each needs to do its job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask any privacy question, by emailing wakrs.co@gmail.com. You can clear your cart at any time by clearing your browser storage.
