These terms apply when you use wakrs.us or buy from WAKRS. By using the site you agree to them.

Products

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours can look different on different screens. Prices and availability can change, and items may sell out. If we make an error in a price or description, we may correct it and will contact you before going ahead with an affected order.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error — and will refund anything you have paid. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; WAKRS does not store full card details. To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has shipped.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The WAKRS name, designs, photography and site content belong to WAKRS. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Third-party services

The site relies on outside services such as our host, font provider, payment provider and shipping carriers. Their own terms apply to the services they provide.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, WAKRS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with its date.
